Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by New Leaf Global, located at D-234, Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Sector 74, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160055. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Services Provided

New Leaf Global offers BPO and KPO services, including B2B/B2C Tele-Sale & Customer Loyalty, Customer Service & Quality Assurance, Retention Collection Backend - Ops, and Technical Support & IT Security. The scope of services and responsibilities are detailed in individual contracts with each client.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the term of service confidential. This includes but is not limited to business processes, client data, and proprietary information.

Liability

New Leaf Global shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability for direct damages will be limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. Termination will not affect any obligations or rights accrued before the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Punjab, India. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the same jurisdiction.

Amendments

New Leaf Global reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
